Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy large-scale generative models optimized for 2026 latency and throughput requirements.
- Develop and refine Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to ensure factual accuracy and reduced hallucinations.
- Design training pipelines for fine-tuning proprietary LLMs on enterprise data.
- Implement guardrails and safety mechanisms for autonomous AI agents.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Security, Engineering) to integrate AI capabilities into core products.
- Mentor junior engineers and researchers in best practices for deep learning and natural language processing.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning, specifically with Transformer architectures (BERT, GPT, LLaMA).
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed computing and high-performance GPU optimization.
- Experience with Vector Databases (Pinecone, Milvus, Weaviate) and LangChain/LlamaIndex.
- Proven track record of shipping production-level AI applications.
- Familiarity with ethical AI, bias mitigation, and RLHF (Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback).
