Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and data models to support business reporting.
- Transform raw data into clear, actionable dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to identify market trends and business opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across all reporting platforms.
- Present data findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python or R.
- Expert level experience with visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on data accuracy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for non-technical audiences.
