Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Processing: Gather, clean, and transform large, complex datasets from various sources into structured formats suitable for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies that impact business performance.
- Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and PowerBI to communicate key insights to stakeholders.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and translate technical findings into actionable business recommendations.
- Model Development: Develop predictive models and algorithms to forecast future trends and support strategic planning.
- Data Governance: Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal and external regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Tech Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (advanced queries, stored procedures) and Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn).
- Visualization: Proven experience creating visualizations in Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Location: Must reside in Pennsylvania or North Carolina to be eligible for this remote role.
