Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends and forecast business metrics
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define analytical requirements and deliver insights
- A/B test design and execution to optimize product features and marketing campaigns
- Maintain and improve data quality frameworks and documentation
- Mentor junior analysts and share best practices in data storytelling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, NumPy)
- Advanced experience with visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge and experimental design skills
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Experience with A/B testing methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate technical insights for non-technical audiences
