Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end UX design processes including research, wireframing, prototyping, and user testing
- Develop design systems and UI components to ensure consistency across complex enterprise applications
- Conduct user research and data analysis to identify pain points and inform design decisions
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement pixel-perfect designs
- Mentor junior designers and champion UX best practices across the organization
- Present design solutions to stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
Qualifications
- 5+ years of UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing enterprise-level projects
- Expertise in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong background in user research methodologies (usability testing, interviews, surveys)
- Proven ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive interfaces
- Experience with accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1) and responsive design
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field
