Responsibilities
- Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans covering functional, regression, and performance testing
- Automate test scripts using Selenium/Cypress to accelerate release cycles
- Identify, document, and track defects in JIRA with clear reproduction steps
- Conduct cross-browser and cross-device compatibility testing
- Perform exploratory testing to uncover edge cases and UX issues
- Collaborate with product managers to define acceptance criteria
- Generate detailed test reports and quality metrics for stakeholders
Qualifications
- 5+ years of QA experience in software development lifecycle
- Expertise in manual and automated testing methodologies
- Proficiency with Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation tools
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes
- Strong knowledge of SQL and API testing (Postman/RestAssured)
- Experience with defect tracking systems (JIRA, Bugzilla)
- ISTQB Foundation or equivalent certification preferred
