Responsibilities
- Lead Data Strategy: Design and maintain complex data models and architectures to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Dashboard Development: Create interactive, high-performance visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to drive executive decision-making.
- Deep Dive Analysis: Conduct rigorous statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers, engineers, and executives to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Data Governance: Implement and monitor data quality standards to ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance across all data warehouses.
- Optimization: Optimize ETL processes and query performance to ensure real-time data availability.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or data science.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL), Python (Pandas, NumPy), and visualization tools.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex analytical findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of solving complex business problems using data.
- Tools: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and data warehousing solutions is highly preferred.
