Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure high data quality for reporting.
- Design and maintain complex dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Write efficient SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports for executive leadership.
- Identify process improvement opportunities based on data analysis.
- Support the night shift operations team with real-time data insights and troubleshooting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle).
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation is a plus.
- Proven experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Ability to work effectively during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
