This hybrid role offers the flexibility to work remotely 2 days per week while collaborating with cross-functional teams at our state-of-the-art downtown office. You'll play a pivotal role in driving data-driven decision-making across our retail, finance, and operations divisions.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data models to solve complex business challenges
- Create compelling visualizations using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Develop automated reporting dashboards to monitor key business indicators
- Present findings to leadership teams with clear, actionable recommendations
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Advanced experience with data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and hypothesis testing skills
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) data services
- Proven ability to translate technical findings into business strategies
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-technical audiences
