Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL processes to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to track KPIs and operational metrics in real-time.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover hidden patterns, correlations, and anomalies within large datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and translate business requirements into technical data models.
- Present data-driven findings and strategic recommendations to executive leadership in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and integrity across all reporting systems and databases.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle) and experience with data modeling techniques.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft Power BI.
- Experience with programming languages like Python or R for data manipulation is a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
