Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large sets of structured and unstructured data to identify trends and insights.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to support decision-making processes.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure accurate data governance across the organization.
- Present findings and recommendations to management and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, PivotTables, and macros.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
