Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust ETL pipelines using SQL and Python to automate data collection and cleansing
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to optimize marketing campaigns and user engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Create predictive models using machine learning algorithms to forecast market trends
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling data narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with proven track record in fintech or SaaS
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong statistical knowledge including hypothesis testing and regression analysis
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and big data technologies
- Excellent communication skills translating technical concepts to business audiences
- Certification in Tableau or Google Analytics preferred
