Responsibilities
- Conduct user research, persona development, and journey mapping
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs in Figma
- Perform usability testing and iterate based on feedback
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to implement solutions

- Present design rationale to stakeholders through compelling documentation
- Stay current with UX trends and emerging design tools
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of design experience (internships/projects acceptable)
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
