Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Management: Assist in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of cloud servers and networks (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Monitoring & Support: Monitor system health and performance to ensure 99.9% uptime, troubleshooting basic issues as they arise.
- Automation: Write and maintain scripts (Python, Bash) to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate technical documentation for all infrastructure changes and configurations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of cloud services.
- Security Compliance: Assist in implementing basic security protocols and access controls.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent work experience.
- Basic IT Knowledge: Familiarity with operating systems (Windows/Linux) and networking fundamentals.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and a logical approach to troubleshooting.
