Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis to drive design strategies.
- Translate complex requirements into intuitive, user-centric wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using Figma and Adobe XD.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams of product managers, engineers, and marketers to ensure seamless execution.
- Maintain and expand our centralized design system to ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Present design concepts and iterate based on stakeholder feedback and user data.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to continuously improve our product offerings.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing your process.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), and information architecture.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design rationale to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
