Role Overview
The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for interpreting complex data sets and finding meaningful patterns and trends. You will work closely with stakeholders to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and deliver reports that drive strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Data Extraction & Modeling: Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources using SQL and Python.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI and Tableau to visualize data trends and performance metrics.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis to support business initiatives and forecast future trends.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Report Generation: Develop comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports for executive leadership.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to increase data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Visualization: Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
