Responsibilities
- Data Management & Cleaning: Extract, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure high-quality inputs for analysis.
- Advanced Analytics: Perform complex statistical analyses and predictive modeling to identify trends and forecast business outcomes.
- Dashboard Development: Design and maintain interactive, user-friendly dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Reporting & Automation: Automate reporting processes to provide real-time insights to stakeholders and leadership.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate technical findings into compelling narratives for non-technical audiences and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within a corporate or tech environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of SQL (querying, optimization) and programming languages like Python or R.
- Visualization Tools: Demonstrated expertise in Tableau, PowerBI, or similar visualization software.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to business units.
