What You Will Do:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against business goals.
Responsibilities
- Drive Data Strategy: Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop metrics to track business performance.
- Advanced SQL & Python: Write complex queries and scripts to extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources.
- Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and PowerBI to visualize trends and anomalies.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product and marketing teams to understand their data needs and deliver actionable reports.
- Process Improvement: Streamline data workflows and recommend solutions to improve data accuracy and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Tools: Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Microsoft PowerBI.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present findings to non-technical audiences.
