Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain automated data pipelines using SQL and Python to ensure real-time analytics capabilities
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI to track KPIs and business metrics
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and optimize marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives and visualizations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL and Python/R
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) and statistical software
- Proven track record of translating complex data into business recommendations
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
- Strong knowledge of statistical methods and experimental design
