The Opportunity: As our Senior Data Analyst, you'll transform raw data into strategic insights that drive product development, operational efficiency, and customer experience optimization. Work directly with C-suite executives to influence high-stakes decisions using advanced analytics.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify market trends and customer behavior patterns
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track performance metrics
- Present actionable insights to leadership through clear, data-driven narratives
- Maintain data quality standards and optimize database performance
- Lead A/B testing frameworks to validate strategic initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 4+ years of professional experience in data analytics or BI roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI dashboard development experience
- Strong statistical analysis and experimental design skills
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business narratives
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, BigQuery, or Snowflake)
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data-driven projects
