Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling to identify business opportunities and risks
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI for executive decision-making
- Lead A/B testing initiatives and conduct rigorous statistical analysis to validate hypotheses
- Collaborate with product teams to translate data insights into actionable product recommendations
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to deliver real-time performance metrics to stakeholders
- Present findings to C-level executives through compelling data visualizations and narratives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis background with experience in experimental design and hypothesis testing
- Proven ability to translate complex findings into actionable business recommendations
- Experience working with large datasets in cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to present to technical and non-technical audiences
