- Design and implement robust data pipelines using SQL and Python to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to communicate key performance metrics to stakeholders
- Conduct ad-hoc statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical frameworks
- Develop predictive models to forecast market trends and optimize operational efficiency
- A/B test hypotheses and provide data-driven recommendations for strategic decision-making
- Maintain and improve data governance practices ensuring compliance with industry standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis with proven track record in BI tools
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization platforms
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in hypothesis testing and regression analysis
- Experience working with large datasets in cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex insights to non-technical audiences
- Certification in Tableau, Power BI, or Google Analytics is highly desirable
- Portfolio demonstrating impactful data-driven projects required
