Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL databases and data pipelines for large-scale datasets
- Create interactive Tableau dashboards and reports to visualize key performance metrics
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Automate reporting processes using Python (Pandas, NumPy) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Maintain data integrity and implement robust data governance frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn), and Tableau
- Strong statistical modeling and hypothesis testing skills
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, BigQuery, or Snowflake)
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business recommendations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience in healthcare or fintech industries highly desirable
