Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2/3 technical support for hardware, software, and network infrastructure issues
- Manage and maintain Windows/macOS environments, including Active Directory and endpoint security
- Implement and optimize cloud solutions (AWS/Azure) and SaaS applications
- Lead IT projects including hardware refreshes, system migrations, and security audits
- Document technical processes and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT initiatives with business goals
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on IT support experience in corporate environments
- Expertise in Windows Server administration, networking fundamentals, and cybersecurity best practices
- Strong scripting skills (PowerShell/Bash) and familiarity with automation tools
- CompTIA Network+ or equivalent certification required
- Excellent troubleshooting abilities with excellent communication skills
- Experience with ITIL processes and service management tools
