Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues across Windows/macOS environments
- Manage Active Directory accounts, group policies, and security protocols
- Deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure including Azure and Office 365
- Implement cybersecurity best practices and incident response procedures
- Provide remote and on-site technical support to 150+ employees
- Document IT processes and create knowledge base articles
Qualifications
- 3+ years in desktop/server support with Windows 10/11 experience
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ certification required
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation tools
- Experience with ticketing systems (ServiceNow/Jira)
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network connectivity issues
- Excellent communication abilities for stakeholder interactions
