Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations with Tableau/Power BI to communicate KPIs to stakeholders
- Analyze large datasets to identify market trends, customer behavior patterns, and operational inefficiencies
- Develop predictive models using machine learning algorithms to forecast sales and optimize resource allocation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into analytical frameworks
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling data narratives and actionable recommendations
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation protocols and documentation best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Expert proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language (Python/R)
- Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
- Strong statistical modeling experience with regression, clustering, and time-series analysis
- Proven track record of translating complex data into business-optimized strategies
- Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
