Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to visualize KPIs and performance metrics
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement
- Collaborate with product teams to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Present findings to executive leadership through clear, concise reports and presentations
- A/B test hypotheses and measure impact of business initiatives using statistical methods
- Maintain data integrity and implement best practices for data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL and visualization tools
- Expertise in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and R for data manipulation and modeling
- Proven experience creating executive-level dashboards in Tableau or Power BI
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in hypothesis testing and regression analysis
- Experience working with logistics, supply chain, or maritime data highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex data into business narratives
- Proficient in version control (Git) and data pipeline development (Airflow)
