Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify market trends and performance metrics
- Design and maintain automated reporting dashboards using Tableau and Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Develop predictive models to forecast customer behavior and optimize marketing campaigns
- Present insights to executive stakeholders through compelling visual narratives
- Implement A/B testing frameworks to validate product hypotheses
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous quality control processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven portfolio
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and statistical analysis
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI dashboard development skills
- Experience with healthcare or financial data compliance (HIPAA/GDPR)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical insights to non-technical stakeholders
