Responsibilities
- Analyze complex agricultural datasets to identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for operational stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B testing frameworks for precision agriculture initiatives
- Create automated reporting systems to monitor KPIs across 500+ farm locations
- Present findings to executive leadership with actionable recommendations
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation protocols and documentation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Advanced skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) and R statistical modeling
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Experience with agricultural or supply chain data is highly desirable
- Strong business acumen and ability to translate technical insights
- Certification in Google Analytics or AWS Data Analytics preferred
