Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze complex datasets from multiple sources
- Create compelling data visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to communicate insights to executive stakeholders
- Develop predictive models to forecast market trends and operational performance metrics
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and build automated reporting dashboards
- Present findings to leadership through clear, data-driven narratives with actionable recommendations
- Lead A/B testing initiatives to validate hypotheses and optimize business strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with proven track record of delivering insights
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and R
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
- Strong understanding of statistical methodologies and experimental design
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business impact
