Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust data pipelines to collect, clean, and transform complex datasets from multiple sources
- Develop advanced SQL queries and Python scripts to extract, analyze, and visualize key performance metrics
- Create interactive Tableau dashboards that empower stakeholders to make data-driven decisions
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities in customer behavior
- Collaborate with product teams to define KPIs and track campaign performance
- Present findings to executive leadership through compelling data narratives and visualizations
- Maintain data governance standards and ensure compliance with privacy regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive experience in data analysis with proven track record in retail or e-commerce
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical knowledge including regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and A/B methodologies
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and big data tools (Spark, Redshift)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with ability to translate business questions into technical solutions
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences
