Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) to identify trends and business opportunities
- Develop and maintain automated reporting dashboards providing real-time insights to leadership teams
- Design and execute A/B tests to validate hypotheses and drive product improvements
- Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to translate business questions into analytical frameworks
- Create compelling data narratives through executive presentations and written reports
- Monitor key performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations for growth
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL and Python (Pandas/NumPy)
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis background with experimental design knowledge
- Experience translating complex data insights into business recommendations
- Proficiency in data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-technical audiences
