Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify trends and opportunities
- Design and maintain automated reporting dashboards in Tableau and Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and success metrics
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations
- Implement data validation frameworks ensuring 99.9% accuracy
- Lead ad-hoc analysis projects supporting product development
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices in data governance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Advanced Tableau/Power BI certification required
- Experience with healthcare or SaaS industry data preferred
- Strong business acumen translating technical insights to strategy
