Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather raw data from disparate sources and ensure it is structured, clean, and accurate for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress.
- Statistical Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that impact business performance.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive, executive-level reports that translate complex data into actionable business insights.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and finance to define data requirements and solve complex problems.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and Python or R for data manipulation and modeling.
- Visualization: Strong command of visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical audiences.
