Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data pipelines using SQL, Python, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends and drive strategic business decisions
- Develop predictive models using machine learning techniques for forecasting and optimization
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data narratives
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure data quality and governance standards
- Mentor junior analysts and champion data literacy initiatives across departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience with proven impact
- Expert proficiency in SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
- Advanced Python skills with Pandas, NumPy, and Scikit-learn
- Strong Tableau/Power BI portfolio demonstrating complex visualizations
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift) and ETL processes
- Certification in data analytics or business intelligence preferred
- Exceptional communication skills translating technical insights to business impact
