Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical methods to identify trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B tests to validate product hypotheses and drive user engagement
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define data requirements for new features
- Present findings to leadership through compelling data visualizations and narrative storytelling
- Maintain and optimize data pipelines ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Lead ad-hoc analysis projects to support business objectives across departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- 4+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R
- Experience with cloud data platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into business recommendations
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to C-level executives
- Knowledge of statistical modeling and experimental design
