Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries and ETL processes to support data warehousing.
- Create interactive, high-impact dashboards in Tableau or PowerBI to track KPIs and business performance.
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis and A/B testing to evaluate campaign effectiveness and product features.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Present findings and insights to executive leadership in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to increase data efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Snowflake) and Python or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Experience working with large, complex datasets and familiarity with data cleaning techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
