Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and R to identify business trends and opportunities
- Develop interactive Tableau dashboards for real-time performance monitoring
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and reporting frameworks
- Present data-driven recommendations to C-suite executives and stakeholders
- Optimize data pipelines and implement automated reporting solutions
- Mentor junior analysts and lead data quality initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis with SQL proficiency
- Advanced skills in Tableau, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Proven experience translating complex data into business insights
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) and ETL processes
- Strong presentation skills with executive audience experience
