We are seeking a highly motivated Cybersecurity Analyst to join our elite information security team in the heart of Charlotte, NC. As a key defender of our digital infrastructure, you will play a pivotal role in identifying vulnerabilities, mitigating threats, and ensuring our clients' data remains uncompromised in an evolving threat landscape.

Responsibilities
- Monitor security alerts and events through SIEM tools to identify and respond to potential cyber threats in real-time.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify weaknesses in systems and applications.
- Investigate security incidents, perform forensics analysis, and document incident response procedures.
- Implement and maintain security controls, including firewalls, IDS/IPS, and endpoint protection solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards such as HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and NIST frameworks.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate security into the software development lifecycle (DevSecOps).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience as a Cybersecurity Analyst or in a similar role.
- Certifications such as CISSP, Security+, CEH, or GCIH are strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) or security tools (Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel).
- Strong understanding of network protocols, operating systems, and cloud security (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for security reporting.
