Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 AI strategy, aligning technical roadmaps with business objectives.
- Lead the research and development of advanced machine learning models, focusing on scalability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science) to integrate AI solutions into core products.
- Establish best practices for data governance, model deployment, and MLOps pipelines.
- Identify emerging trends in AI and quantum computing to maintain a competitive edge.
- Mentor and coach junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a strategic leadership role.
- Expert proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures and natural language processing.
- Demonstrated ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present to executive stakeholders.
