- Establish and enforce ethical guidelines and compliance frameworks for AI usage, ensuring responsible innovation.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams to translate high-level strategy into concrete technical specifications.

- Oversee performance metrics and optimization strategies to ensure model efficiency and accuracy.
- Present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in AI/ML engineering, product management, or strategic consulting.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects from conception to delivery.
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures, natural language processing (NLP), and neural networks.
