Responsibilities
- Architect Quantum-AI Hybrid Systems: Design and implement scalable algorithms that integrate classical neural networks with quantum processors to solve optimization problems.
- Lead Technical Vision: Define the technical roadmap for our 2026 platform, ensuring our infrastructure can handle exabyte-scale data processing.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and rigorous engineering standards.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously analyze and optimize system latency, throughput, and energy efficiency for next-gen hardware.
- Research Integration: Stay ahead of the curve by integrating cutting-edge research from top-tier institutions into our production environment.
- Security & Compliance: Oversee the security architecture of our AI models to ensure data privacy and ethical AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field with a focus on AI, Quantum Computing, or Distributed Systems.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML or Quantum Computing environments.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and Rust. Experience with quantum software stacks (Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil) is highly preferred.
- Framework Mastery: Deep understanding of TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with cloud-native infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on tight deadlines.
- Problem Solving: Exceptional ability to troubleshoot complex, undefined technical challenges.
