Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and refine complex prompts for LLMs to achieve high-fidelity outputs.
- Conduct A/B testing on prompt variations to optimize response accuracy and relevance.
- Collaborate with Data Scientists to fine-tune pre-trained models for specific domains.
- Analyze user feedback and model performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Document prompt libraries and best practices for the engineering team.
- Stay updated on the latest research in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and prompt engineering methodologies.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in Prompt Engineering, NLP, or AI Interaction Design.
- Strong proficiency in Python, including libraries like LangChain or Hugging Face.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures and LLM mechanisms (e.g., GPT, BERT, LLaMA).
- Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to translate complex user requirements into precise technical prompts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Linguistics, or a related technical field.
