Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy robust machine learning pipelines using Python and TensorFlow/PyTorch.
- Perform extensive data analysis and feature engineering to improve model accuracy.
- Implement MLOps best practices for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).
- Conduct A/B testing and performance tuning of deployed models.
- Document technical architecture and provide clear guidance to cross-functional teams.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks in AI model deployment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and experience with distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Kafka).
- Deep understanding of deep learning architectures and natural language processing.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
