Responsibilities
- Design & Build: Architect scalable distributed systems for large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning agents.
- Research & Development: Lead the investigation into emerging AI paradigms, including Neuromorphic computing and edge AI deployment for 2026 standards.
- Optimization: Engineer high-performance inference pipelines to maximize throughput and minimize latency in real-time applications.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of world-class data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Product Strategy: Collaborate with product leadership to translate complex technical concepts into market-ready AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in building production-grade AI systems, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow. Proven track record of optimizing models for GPU/TPU clusters.
- Architecture: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Problem Solving: Ability to tackle ambiguous, high-complexity problems with creative, scalable solutions.
