Responsibilities
- Architectural Vision: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and future-proof AI infrastructure for Project 2026.
- Research & Development: Define the technical roadmap, evaluating and integrating emerging technologies such as quantum-ready algorithms and advanced neural networks.
- System Optimization: Oversee the training, fine-tuning, and deployment of large-scale machine learning models to ensure peak performance and energy efficiency.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights for executive leadership and cross-functional partners.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity and data integrity.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and AI architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch. Experience with distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP) is essential.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous problems and deliver scalable solutions in fast-paced environments.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between engineering and business strategy.
