Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines capable of handling real-time data streams at petabyte scale.
- Lead the architecture of proprietary LLMs, ensuring high performance, accuracy, and ethical AI standards.
- Mentor a team of junior data scientists and ML engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and implement best practices for MLOps and DevOps integration.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, researching and evaluating emerging technologies like quantum computing integration for AI.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specializing in AI/ML architecture.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Ray).
- Deep understanding of NLP, Transformer models, and prompt engineering methodologies.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and vector databases.
- Proven track record of shipping production-level AI products.
