Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning infrastructure designed for the 2026 technological landscape.
- Lead a team of elite data scientists and engineers in developing next-gen generative models and autonomous agents.
- Establish ethical guidelines and safety protocols for autonomous AI systems to ensure responsible innovation.
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Optimize deep learning models for real-time, high-volume data processing and edge computing.
- Conduct research on emerging AI paradigms to keep the company ahead of the curve.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale machine learning projects from conception to production.
- Deep understanding of neural networks, transformers, and large language models (LLMs).
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing systems.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.
