Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement the high-level system architecture for our core AI products, ensuring scalability, security, and performance for the 2026 rollout.
- Technical Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 Initiative, evaluating emerging technologies like neuromorphic computing and advanced NLP.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and coach a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the deployment and optimization of large-scale machine learning models, reducing latency and improving inference accuracy.
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for non-technical stakeholders and investors.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in a senior architectural role within AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges and delivering scalable solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions.
