Job Description
Shape the Future of Intelligence
We are on a mission to architect the technological landscape for the year 2026 and beyond. At Nexus Future Labs, we are developing next-generation autonomous agents and generative AI systems that will redefine human-machine interaction. We are looking for a visionary Senior AI Architect to lead our research and development division, bridging the gap between theoretical AI capabilities and scalable production systems.
Why Join Us?
- Work on cutting-edge projects that define the AI roadmap for 2026.
- Competitive compensation package with equity options.
- Flexible remote-first culture with state-of-the-art equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Your role will be pivotal in steering our technical vision forward. You will not just write code; you will design the future.
- Architect Scalable Systems: Design and implement robust, scalable AI infrastructure capable of handling petabyte-scale data streams.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning strategies for 2026 readiness.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the fine-tuning and deployment of generative models, ensuring low latency and high throughput.
- Technical Mentorship: Mentor a team of top-tier machine learning engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with product leadership to translate futuristic concepts into actionable engineering roadmaps.
Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who possess a deep understanding of both the art and science of artificial intelligence.
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field is strongly preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Kubernetes, Ray).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Multi-Agent Systems.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, ambiguous problems in high-scale environments.
